Lake Zurich, Kildeer and Hawthorn Woods are wooded lots, lake-influenced air and a lot of two-story homes with cedar, LP and vinyl siding. That combination grows algae on the north side of the house and black streaks on the roof. The soft wash neutralizes both without blasting the siding.

Homes here sit on wooded lots, and many back onto the lake or a pond. Big trees mean shade and leaf litter, so moss in the roof valleys, green on the north walls and stained walks and patios. Long Grove and Kildeer have a lot of flagstone and paver work, which we clean at a setting that leaves the joints intact.

Yes. Lake Zurich, Kildeer, Hawthorn Woods, Long Grove and Deer Park are one route for us.

How fast can you come out in Lake Zurich?

My house is on the water. Does that change anything?

Waterfront homes green up faster and collect spider webs. We see it every week on the Chain O'Lakes, and the soft wash handles both.

Do you clean flagstone patios and paver walks?

Yes. We have cleaned flagstone paths and patios in Long Grove and paver walks in Kildeer. Stone and pavers are cleaned at a lower setting so the joints stay put.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. We need an outdoor spigot and access to the areas being cleaned. We text before we arrive and do a final walk-around with you if you are there.

When do I pay?

If you are home, after we walk around the property with you and you give us the OK. If nobody will be home, we take payment ahead of time, or you can leave a check out for us before we start. Nothing is charged when you book.
