House Washing, Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing in Hampshire, IL

Hampshire sits in the northwest corner of Kane County, about 52 miles from Chicago, along Route 72 and just south of U.S. 20. The village has more than 7,600 residents now, up from about 5,500 in 2010, and much of that growth is newer housing around an older farm-town center.

Our work in Hampshire

Hampshire is the farthest town on our list from the shop, so we schedule it with other work in the Huntley and Elgin area rather than making a trip for one house.

Homes close to open fields get a layer of dust and pollen that shows up on the windward wall, while houses by tree lines go green on the shaded side. Newer builds usually need a light soft wash, and older homes in the village center may have more built-up growth.

Questions from Hampshire homeowners

Do you really come out to Hampshire?

Yes. It is about an hour from our shop in Lakemoor, so we usually group it with jobs in nearby Huntley and Elgin. Mention that when you book.

How fast can you come out in Hampshire?

Type your address on the quote page and your quote is on screen in seconds. Most Hampshire washes are booked within one to two weeks in season.

Can you wash a house with a lot of farm dust on it?

Yes. Dust and dirt come off with a gentle soft wash, and we rinse the windows and trim at the end.

Do you do garages and outbuildings in Hampshire?

Yes. Detached garages, sheds and barns are washed the way a house is, and we quote them from your address.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. We need an outdoor spigot and access to the areas being cleaned. We text before we arrive and do a final walk-around with you if you are there.

When do I pay?

If you are home, after we walk around the property with you and you give us the OK. If nobody will be home, we take payment ahead of time, or you can leave a check out for us before we start. Nothing is charged when you book.
