Is Antioch inside your service area?

Yes. Antioch is about twenty-five minutes from our shop, and Lake Villa and Fox Lake are close by.

How fast can you come out in Antioch?

Type your address on the quote page and your quote is on screen in seconds. Most Antioch washes are booked within one to two weeks in season.

My house is on the water. Does that change anything?

Waterfront homes green up faster and collect spider webs. We see it every week on the Chain O'Lakes, and the soft wash handles both.

Can you clean a wood deck?

Yes. Wood decks and stairs get a milder solution and a gentle rinse, so the grain is not damaged.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. We need an outdoor spigot and access to the areas being cleaned. We text before we arrive and do a final walk-around with you if you are there.

When do I pay?

If you are home, after we walk around the property with you and you give us the OK. If nobody will be home, we take payment ahead of time, or you can leave a check out for us before we start. Nothing is charged when you book.
